Robin Bryant became interested in dance at an early age. While developing her skills, she became fascinated with the more intricate aspects of dance and fell in love with the beauty of body movement. She was soon drawn to Zumba.
In 2010, Bryant became a Zumba instructor and held a position as Head Dance Coach at her local high school for 8 years. During this time, she experienced several loved ones pass away from health-related issues. This is when Bryant began to take fitness more seriously and used her love for body movement and fitness to cope with her grief.
For five years, Bryant spent two hours per day in the gym seven days per week without seeing results; then she realized the importance of nutrition and began following a nutrition plan while participating in 21-day Tone It Up challenges. As a result, she lost over 25 lbs., maintained her results, and felt better than ever before.
In 2019 Bryant became a Personal Trainer and "Queen FIIT HIIT Studio" was born. Bryant has always been passionate about fitness and knew that she could help other women take their fitness goals to another level. High-Intensity Interval Training combined with dance through music is the perfect formula for a fun, and healthy lifestyle change. "The goal is to be healthy while having fun" says Bryant.
